The customer asks in their own words. The assistant checks your live calendar and offers times that are really free. While they decide, the slot is held so nobody else can take it. When they say yes, the booking lands on your calendar and they get a confirmation with the details and your location.

Can I take a deposit when someone books?
Not yet. Online payment isn't available, so customers pay at your venue or however you take payment today.
